I worked the grounds department in a very small city in San Diego County for about 5 years, till they fired me for being a drunk...I deserved it...fucking dickheads. Anyway during my tenure bathroom cleaner I saw some shit, quite literally...a petrified condom was not any unusual find! Worst job ever, though, was being a power-washer at a factory farm for hogs.

It's crazy think that Napalm Death's Scum album was released 37 years ago and folks are still grinding all over the place. That album blew my 18 year old mind. I'm telling ya...f you haven't...you should! Side one is a different entity from side two. The last of the original ND members left the band because they didn't like the direction the band was headed, after side one was recorded. I'm not a musician, but I would go on whatever mission from God, drummer Mick Harris was going on, because the dude absolutely slays. It's weird in a way that they kept the name, but I don't care because the next album was a huge follow-up to that 2nd side of Scum. Here we are today in 2024 and the youth are still feeling that vibe!
