Did you smoke crack today? "No!" Then you had a pretty okay day.

Playin' 'round with filters
and did a close up of my Granddaughter.

These guys are their own genre of music,
fucking one of a kind.
May have posted the No Class live with Wendy of the Plasmatics,
and as good as that was this is hard to beat,
the No Sleep 'Til Hammersmith Version.
Original 3-piece lineup...hot damn.

The brothers, Little Psycho (RIP) & Creeper in the garage.
Creeper hasn't been the same since his brother died.
Wildest thing he was curled up on the porch dead,
but looked like he was sleeping.
Still warm...that one hurt a bit more than most.
My two feral babies

I know this is straight up fucking high speed hardcore,
but when they first came on the scene they were like no other hardcore band.

I don't like the evil that is Hamas,
but these two demons are straight from fucking hell,
their biggest recruiters.

Bad ass set from a band that just came on my radar,
I don't know how I could have missed 'em,
except partying was a way of life for me,
thus the brain damage.
The hit for me on this vid is "Hot Rod" @ 07:09

Indeed...Fuck that guy!
May have said this before,
but we're all human beings,
a soul asigned to a body,
and you could have been born anywhere on this planet.

Epic performance of an epic tune by an epic two-piece.
The exchange students we had when I was vibing this tune,
did not comprehend the severity of how essential this is to hear.
We would sit around playing cards listening to music
and would take turns picking tunes,
all the ones they would pick where like 3 minutes long,
compared to the 10 minute diddy above...hahah.

Spirate flow on dawn arise, outpour the letting sieve
Thaumaturged stained hands down to insets a rain enlive
Travel on freedom the shrieve to sky and recondite
Travels nerves to freedom at labyrinth borne-sun
Toward allegiant rays yonder
Memory-antiphon rue
And freed initiate screen prevails
And freed initiate screen prevailsAmber rays escort the visitant angelic scene
Erudite severance abides upon the tearing sea
Rise and claim freedom and sets onto the crimson sky
Travels nerves to freedom at labyrinth borne-sun
Toward allegiant rays yonder
Memory-antiphon rue
And freed initiate screen prevails
And freed initiate screen prevails
Acolyte beyonder form to the rain's red fall another twilight sighting
And liberates the vessel-born to the sky stoned chariot's photon main
Climb upon beautified rays, the recondite sails under crimson skies
Travels nerves to freedom at labyrinth borne-sun
Toward allegiant rays yonder
Memory-antiphon rue
And freed initiate screen prevails
And freed initiate screen prevails
Now ascend the set free as the swan navigates toward a red sun's rising
Align toward the glowing orb and reverts unto the consciousness as senses fail
Amenance a mendicant prays and cries onto a wind below the ice formed sky
Rise and reclaim freedom at labyrinth borne-sun
Toward allegiant rays yonder
Memory-antiphon rue
And freed initiate screen prevails
And freed initiate screen prevails

Does the bathroom at your random quicky mart/gas station have one of these?

The Hitch Reunion!!!
Jeff on Guitar and Steve on Drums,
both were in my last band circa 1994, Grout
(along with Ty, formerly of Tyrannicide).
The Hitch would not exist if it were not for Grout...hahah!
They have that Grout edge,
Maybe one notch less on the noise factor,
but way more rockin'.
My favorite Hitch tune hasw always been Dirt Surfer, at 51:00.
Below is the set list.
Great fucking show gentlemen.

I try not to preach, but...

Fuck billionaire worship!

Goddamn politicians, not a decent one in the lot,
And not a one of them doesn't suck a rich mans dick!
Every fucking one of 'em has played their role in keeping the war machine turning,
going all the way back to when it was muskets and cannons!

The perpetual cycle rotates on the axis of despair. The unbroken link stands untouched by question. So uninterested we merely turn our heads. Uneducated, unrealistic, unsensible, so unrealistic, unsensible, so unrealistic, we sit and watch the cycle feed. If people had the power to snap their fingers to change the face value of life, many would withhold the energy, much rather watch in false pity. Around, the cycle rotates on the axis of despair. Untouched by question, we merely sit and stare. Such a blatant disregard for the fundamentals of existence, dwelling in a state of apathy, so obedient we follow. So uninterested we merely turn our heads, rather watch in false pity. No profit, no personal gain. Concentration, evolution, extinction. Whispering, speaking, screaming lies.

Indeed...fuck 'em!

On the first album from Discharge,
the title track which is also the first track,
begins with one of the best phrases about the human condition...
Lied to, threatened, cheated and deceived
Hear nothing see nothing say nothing

Hahah, ain't that the truth.

what in the sam hell?

Like John Coffey in the Green Mile said, "he's a bad man."
The stories you hear are beyond imagining as far as the sinister nature of his rule.
And this is a guy our current president pals around with,
like sleeping in a bug infested bed and and calling it good.
Remember when politicians in this country at least pretended to be decent.
The sickness in this world is horrible everywhere you turn
I don't know if my contribution is any better.
Think good thoughts and hope it will just all go away.

This is from my favorite Slayer album (some will disagree)
and really the last one that struck my fancy in it's entirety.
The top of the mountain!
I can remember hearing the album when it first came out,
like the shuttle blowing up and 09/11.
Saw them in Hollywood 1984 and then again in Fargo 2019

Saw this guy on a drive through the country about 1.5 miles from my house.
He/she ws by itself and there was like ten horse on the other side of the pasture.
Made me miss my mini Jeruselem donkey Jet Li...God(ess) I loved that guy!
You never realize what you've had until you've lost it!

Sublime = Missing D(iosa).

Buzzard/turkey vulture was flying low by the house the other day,
but the picture doesn't do it justice.
You never have the camera ready to capture that perfect shot.

Three tunes from Los Duggans...Preachin the Blues, Poor Boy In Jail & Calvary.
Have dug these guys for quite some time,
but know very little about them including if they exist anymore.

About 1.5 minutes of some serious mandolin(?) badassery!
I remember this composition from my 4 year Spanish class in high school.
I was not much of a fan of classical music,
but I just didn't know how to appreciate it.
At the very least the musicianship should be noteworthy.
I hadn't heard this interpretation until very recently and I'm not disappointed!

Finish this quick post with some fine arte from my highschool chum Alex Escudero.
Been enjoying his art for almost 40 years now.
